dan gmelin
Dan Gmelin is entering his 14th year of coaching youth lacrosse. Dan currently coaches for Ridgefield Youth Lacrosse as well as Cavalry. In addition, he runs a speed and agility program based on his past collegiate and professional football careers.

emily kick
Emily Kick played for national powerhouse Long Island Yellow Jackets as a defender as well as a midfielder. She then played D1 lacrosse for Sacred Heart University where she played attack. She now coaches for Wilton Youth Lacrosse as well as Cavalry.
